I've been into star trek online lately. Old pic but I love my ship, grinded my ass off for it. Maybe it's a bit autism, but I like it.

You know, I really can't say what my favorite game is. I've played too many good games to put a definite answer on it, but of course I can make a list like you did.
My favorite games are Kenshi, System Shock 2, Mount & Blade Warband, and probably Minecraft.
I've also been getting into SS13 as of late. I made the mistake of trying to play Chef alone, so I had to learn how to be a botanist at the same time. Took me awhile, but I got the hang of it. After a week or so of playing, I was able to start the supermatter crystal engine without causing it to degrade and explode! Real sense of accomplishment in that last one

Honestly space ganes are super comfy. I'm not sure what it is. But they're great.
As far as grinds go, the only one I keep returning to is runescape.

Syphon Filter and it's sequel. Been on a big ps1 kick lately. Gonna revisit Symphony of the Night and maybe Clock Tower for Halloween.

Kingdom Hearts II, yeah the story is off the walls crazy, but the gameplay is peak action RPG. Always been a major inspiration for my gay gamedev brain.
